HealthFriends relies completely on donations organizations, individuals, and fundraisers. We host three main fundraisers each year the Summer Celebration, the de Sales Golf Tournament, and the Thanksgiving Flower Sale. With these fundraisers and donations we are able to fund our operations and help those in the community. We are always in the need for help and are continually accepting donations.
Summer Celebration:
This year our Summer Celebration is on July 11th at 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, which be our fifteenth celebration. We organize a delicious dinner sponsored by many local organizations, which help make the entire operation possible. While at the celebration we honor our donors for all of their support.
We work closely with many pharmacies and
often honor them for their continued support
de Sales Charities Golf Tournament:
For the past twenty three years we have been working closely with de Sales Charities to organize and run a golf tournament at the Skenandoa Golf Club. Through the donations of many local businesses we are able to fund and gather donations to help support our cause.
Thanksgiving Flower Sale:
Our last main fundraiser occurs during the few weeks before Thanksgiving each year. We go around to the businesses, churches, and the local community to sell fall flowers that can be used as center pieces at the dinner table.
